Sexton now out of Italy game

After initially being named at out-half, Jonathan Sexton has now been ruled out of Ireland's game against Italy on Saturday.

Sexton, who had recovered from the hamstring injury that had kept him out and was named in the starting XV earlier today, went over on his foot in training.
