Back line duo Brian O’Driscoll and Rob Kearney have been ruled out of the Leinster’s RaboDirect PRO12 semi-final encounter with the Glasgow Warriors in the RDS tomorrow (7.35pm).

Back line duo Brian O’Driscoll and Rob Kearney have been ruled out of the Leinster’s RaboDirect PRO12 semi-final encounter with the Glasgow Warriors in the RDS tomorrow (7.35pm).

Kearney (back) and O’Driscoll (knee) picked up niggles in training this week and will be further assessed by the Leinster medical team over the coming days.

Eoin O’Malley returns from injury to partner Gordon D’Arcy in midfield while Isa Nacewa will make his 100th appearance for the province and he starts at full-back in a back three which features Fergus McFadden - who replaces the injured Luke Fitzgerald - and David Kearney who lines up on the wing.

Jamie Heaslip leads the team and the Naas man is named in an all-Irish back-row alongside Shane Jennings and Sean O'Brien who makes his 70th appearance for the province.

Devin Toner forms a second row partnership with All Black Brad Thorn with Leo Cullen named amongst a strong replacements bench.
