Three changes for Connacht and Ulster

Eric Elwood has made three changes to his Connacht pack for their trip to the Liberty Stadium to face the Ospreys tomorrow night (7.30pm).

Connacht claimed their third RaboDirect PRO 12 win of the season against the Dragons last week

South African Dylan Rogers comes in at tighthead for Rodney Ah You who has been ruled out of the match day 23. Stuart Maguire provides front row cover on the bench.

Lock Michael Swift has recovered from the illness that ruled him out of contention last week and returns to the starting lineup while Dave Gannon moves to the bench.

The other change sees TJ Anderson making his competitive start for the Province at blindside flanker. The 28 year old former Ulsterman replaces Ray Ofisa who moves to the bench.

An unchanged backline sees Frank Murphy and Niall O’Conner continue a promising partnership at half back, while Gavin Duffy leads the side from fullback.

Ulster have made three personnel and one positional change to the starting XV for Friday's game against Dragons at Rodney Parade (7.05pm).

Jared Payne picked up a dead leg in the loss to Ospreys on Sunday so Adam D'Arcy is promoted from the bench to fill the vacant fullback role. Ian Humphreys (shoulder) and Darren Cave (hamstring) have not recovered from their injuries in time and will play no part in the fixture.

After starting all of Ulster's game so far, Andi Kyriacou has been named among the replacements, with Nigel Brady taking over at hooker. Willie Faloon will start at openside flanker, so Chris Henry moves round to number 8 and Robbie Diack drops to the bench.

Academy prop Kyle McCall is in line for his senior debut after being named on the bench. Ian Porter has returned to the bench following a rib injury, and is joined by Conor Gaston who will provide cover for the back three.

USA born prop Callum Black remains unavailable to McLaughlin as he recovers from a neck injury.
