There is only one change to the Munster bench where Donnacha Ryan comes in for the suspended Paul O’Connell, who received a four-week ban yesterday for allegedly making contact with the face of Ospreys number eight Jonathan Thomas in last weekend’s game.

James Coughlan continues at blindside flanker in place of Munster veteran Alan Quinlan after his tour de force against the Welsh region last Saturday while Denis Leamy will captain the side, once again, in Connell’s absence.

Sam Tuitupou and Keith Earls link up in the centre once more while Paul Warwick, who according to reports has signed for Stade Francais next season, is named at full back.

Meanwhile, Ospreys coach Sean Holley has announced his side for the crunch clash in Wales.

Tommy Bowe, a try scorer in Thomond Park, moves into outside centre with Scottish winger Nikki Walker moving onto the wing.

Alun Wyn Jones leads the side from the second row alongside former Wales skipper Ryan Jones.
