Ulster welcome back Ferris and Best

Stephen Ferris and Rory Best return to the Ulster side for the Magners League fixture against Cardiff Blues in Wales tomorrow night.

Coach Brian McLaughlin said: "It's a big challenge at Cardiff, especially after the very disappointing display up at Scarlets. We're really looking forward to getting ourselves back on track and getting ourselves moving in the right direction”.

Lock Dan Tuohy, wing Simon Danielli and half-backs Paul Marshall and Niall O'Connor are also back in the first team.
