O'Callaghan out of Italy game

Donncha O'Callaghan has been ruled out of Ireland's 6 nations opener against Italy at Croke Park Saturday.

The Munster second row has sustained a knee injury has replaced by Leinster skipper Leo Cullen, who makes his first 6 Nations start since March 2003.
