Munster’s new signing Johne Murphy, Darren Cave and Ian Humphreys come into the backline.

Hooker Sean Cronin, lock Ryan Caldwell and blindside Dan Tuohy complete the six changes from the side that lost out narrowly to England Saxons last Sunday.
