O'Connell: I've learnt from 2005 tour

Lions skipper Paul O'Connell insists he emerged from the disastrous 2005 tour to New Zealand a better player and has learnt from the experience.

O'Connell will lead the Lions in South Africa this summer when the cream of British and Irish talent attempt to erase memories of four years ago.
