Provinces add to squads for Heineken Cup closing stages

Leinster and Munster have taken up the option of announcing two players and one player, respectively, to add to their official Heineken Cup squads for the knock-out stages of the tournament.

Coach Michael Cheika brings in prop Jamie Hagan and centre Kyle Tonetti, formerly involved in the Ireland U20 Grand Slam squad in 2007, while Munster bring in former Ireland Age-Grade hooker Michael Essex.

Leicester Tigers have bolstered their back row by adding New Zealand international Craig Newby, now fully fit after recovering from injury.
