Wilkinson positive on injury comeback

Jonny Wilkinson insists his ongoing battle with a knee injury could soon be at an end, but concedes he has no chance of being fit for England’s Six Nations opener on February 7.

Having returned to fitness following a lengthy spell on the sidelines with a shoulder problem, Wilkinson dislocated his knee in September.
