Old Belvedere climbed up to second place in the Division One standings thanks to a two-try burst at Anglesea Road.
Belvo made it three wins on the bounce as winger Eddie Devitt and scrum half Ruairi Cushion broke through for second half tries.
Two penalties from new out-half Kieran Hurrell had the Dubliners 6-5 ahead at half-time, with Munster's James Coughlan touching down for Dolphin.
Barry Keeshan kicked the visitors into a 46th-minute lead and he landed an injury-time penalty for a losing bonus point.
