A contrite Gavin Henson claims he "fully accepts" the two-match Heineken Cup ban imposed on him by the Ospreys.

The Wales centre will miss tomorrow's Pool Three opener against Leicester at Welford Road, plus a home appointment with Perpignan next Saturday.
