Law firm, Ronan Daly Jermyn (RDJ), have been confirmed as the official legal advisor to Munster Rugby.

The arrangement to provide legal services for the professional game is the first of its kind in Ireland between a law firm and a rugby team.

Commenting on the announcement John Dwyer, managing partner, RDJ said: "Our firm has a long history with Munster Rugby and this agreement makes the connection official.

"Munster are recognised as world leaders in the rugby world on both the playing and commercial fronts and one of our first projects has been advising Munster Rugby on their agreement with the All Blacks."

Munster chief executive Garrett Fitzgerald said: "Bringing a firm like RDJ on board as official advisors is a natural progression for us.
