Kidney relishing Ireland challenge

Declan Kidney faced the media for the first time this afternoon since the announcement that he is to be the next Ireland coach.

For many he was an obvious candidate, having planned a successful European cup campaign in 2006 - but assuming responsibility on the national stage is literally a different ball game.
