Best returns to captain Ulster

Rory Best returns to captain Ulster this weekend in Matt Williams 23-man squad against Llanelli Scarlets in the Magner's League on Friday night at Ravenhill.

Ireland's Paddy Wallace, Italy's Carlo Del Fava and Scotland's Simon Danielli also return to strengthen the northern province.

Ulster Head Coach Matt Williams: "It's been a tough week with so many guys returning to training from International duty, but it's great to be able to include the likes of Rory Best and Paddy Wallace in the squad. With the squad selection we've given some more players the opportunity to perform."

Number 8 Roger Wilson for the first time since breaking his thumb at the end of November after a hamstring complicated his comeback.
