David Humphreys will have to come through a fitness test on a damaged ankle before Mark McCall can insert him at out-half for Friday's Heineken Cup opener against Gloucester at Ravenhill.

If the veteran playmaker cannot convince McCall of his fitness, Paddy Wallace will come in at ten to partner Isaac Boss.
