Thomas lifts lid on World Cup woe

Wales World Cup captain Gareth Thomas has lifted the lid on his side’s early elimination from the tournament.

Thomas concedes the team were under-prepared for their win-or-bust clash with Fiji and were “enveloped” by fear before facing Australia.
