Tickets for South Africa clash sold out

All 800 extra tickets which were put on sale for the pre-season clash between Connacht and South Africa have been snapped and the game is now sold out.

Connacht decided last week to introduce temporary terracing at the Bohermore end of the ground following unprecedented demand for tickets.

Connacht Rugby Commercial Manager Fiona Keys said that there was enormous interest in the season ticket campaign, with entry to the South African match included in the season ticket.

"There has been a huge response to the South Africa match and to the season ticket campaign," she said.

"The fact that a season ticket also includes the pre-season games against Castres on August 28 and September 1 is an added bonus and that is before the Magners League and European Challenge Cup kicks-off."
