More automatic qualifiers for World Cup finals

England will qualify automatically for the 2011 World Cup – even if they finish third in their pool at this year’s tournament.

Rugby World Cup board members have announced an increase in automatic qualifiers from eight to 12, who will progress straight through to the competition in New Zealand four years from now.
