Belfast Harlequins picked up their third straight league win today as Jonny Lowe struck for the only try in a 19-3 defeat of St. Mary's at Deramore Park.

Dashing winger Lowe struck in the 78th-minute to continue the AIB Cup semi-finalists' recent good spell.

Two penalties from the boot of Niall O'Connor handed Andy Ward's men a 6-0 buffer for the half-time interval.

In a game dominated by forwards, Jonathan Sexton, who was on the Leinster bench, replied with a 40-metre penalty before two more O'Connor kicks and Lowe's converted score, set up by a Paul Marshall break, wrapped up the home win.
