Gareth Thomas’ disciplinary hearing is scheduled to go ahead tomorrow morning as planned despite Trevor Brennan’s successful legal bid for a temporary injunction.
The Toulouse players were both due in Dublin to answer misconduct complaints emanating from the controversial Heineken Cup clash with Ulster on January 21.
