Ireland have included teenage prospect Luke Fitzgerald as one of nine changes for Sunday’s Lansdowne Road farewell against the Pacific Islands.

Fitzgerald made his Leinster debut in September and has still has only nine appearances for the province under his belt but wins his first Test cap on the right wing.
