Award joy for Keith Gleeson
The forgotten man of Irish rugby Keith Gleeson has been voted Bank of Scotland (Ireland) Player of the Month for November .
Gleeson has been ignored by Ireland coach Eddie O'Sullivan and appreciated such an award at a time of need.
He said: "There is a good camaraderie in Leinster and it is a great place to play. Like any job, you have your good days and bad days but our core supporters have always stuck with us – and hopefully always will."
Like his predecessors, Gleeson will also receive the specially commissioned trophy designed by award winning Dublin silversmith Seamus Gill.
