Coach Declan Kidney is hopeful that left wing Anthony Horgan (calf) and centre Trevor Halstead (back) will be fit enough to challenge for a starting place in Munster's home tie with Castres on Saturday.

Second row Paul O'Connell will have the plaster protecting the broken bone in his hand removed on Tuesday. Medical advice will be taken on when he can resume playing for the province.
