Vainikolo op disappoints Kiwis

New Zealand coach Brian McClennan today rounded on Super League champions Bradford Bulls after they pulled blockbusting winger Lesley Vainikolo out of their Gillette Tri-Nations plans.

Vainikolo was due to link up with the Kiwis today following their arrival in London for Saturday’s game against Great Britain but was instead having knee surgery, much to the anger of the New Zealand management who claimed they knew nothing of the decision.
