Lions legend JPR Williams has accused Sir Clive Woodward of using Brian O’Driscoll’s injury to spin public attention away from Saturday’s first Test defeat to New Zealand.

O’Driscoll was stretchered from the field with a dislocated shoulder less than 90 seconds into the first Test after All Blacks Tana Umaga and Keven Mealamu executed a double spear-tackle.
