Hill injury is career-threatening - Woodward

Lions coach Sir Clive Woodward has revealed the knee injury flanker Richard Hill picked up during yesterday’s first Test defeat in New Zealand is career-threatening.

The 32-year-old Saracens forward limped off 18 minutes into the 21-3 defeat in Christchurch and was taken to the dressing room on a stretcher.
