O'Driscoll gets Wood's vote for Lions leader

Former Ireland skipper Keith Wood believes the respect Brian O’Driscoll commands from his team-mates and rivals makes him the only realistic choice to lead the British Lions this summer.

O’Driscoll is certain to be unveiled as Lions captain on Monday when head coach Sir Clive Woodward names his 44-strong squad to tour New Zealand with the lack of genuine alternatives making him a shoe-in for the job.
