Connacht prop Peter Bracken will make the move to NEC Harlequins after four years with the province.
"I have always wanted to play in the Premiership and am really looking forward to it," said the former Offaly minor footballer.
Bracken will join Irish players Gavin Duffy, Simon Keogh, Mel Deane and Andy Dunne at The Stoop.
