Eleven players will rejoin the Irish squad of 22 that played against England in the RBS Six Nations, from which the Ireland team to play France on March 12th will be selected.

Eleven players will rejoin the Irish squad of 22 that played against England in the RBS Six Nations, from which the Ireland team to play France on March 12th will be selected.

The 11 are:

Forwards (5):

Simon Best (Ulster - Belfast Harlequins), Bernard Jackman (Connacht – Clontarf), Alan Quinlan (Munster – Shannon), David Wallace (Munster – Garryowen), Matt McCullough (Ulster – Ballymena).

Backs (6):

Tommy Bowe (Ulster – Belfast Harlequins), Kieran Campbell (Ulster – Dungannon), Gordon D’Arcy (Leinster – Lansdowne), Gavin Duffy (NEC Harlequins), Anthony Horgan (Munster – Cork Constitution), Shaun Payne (Munster – Dolphin).

The team to play France will be announced on Tuesday, March 8.
