Horgan out of line-up v France
Irish centre Shane Horgan has been ruled out of the RBS 6 Nations game against France in Lansdowne Road on Saturday, March 12.
Horgan received a minor fracture to the base of his thumb during the game against England on Sunday and after seeing a specialist yesterday was ruled out of selection for the France game.
Horgan has not been ruled out of the game against Wales on March 19.
Gordon D’Arcy has continued to train with the rest of the squad and continues to make good progress. A decision on whether he will play this weekend will be made later in the week and the Irish management is confident he will available for selection against France.
