England coach Andy Robinson has made five changes for the RBS 6 Nations Championship clash against title-holders France at Twickenham on Sunday.

Newcastle teenager Mathew Tait, scrum-half Matt Dawson and flankers Chris Jones and Andy Hazell have all been left out following the 11-9 defeat against Wales in Cardiff four days ago, while prop Julian White is sidelined with a neck injury.
