Williams 'outraged' by costly decisions

Scotland coach Matt Williams blasted the refereeing decisions which cost his team a famous RBS 6 Nations result in France.

The Scots were on course for a surprise 9-9 draw in Paris before a late Damien Traille try helped the French earn the win.
