Gleeson breaks leg in training clash

Leinster and Ireland international Keith Gleeson broke his leg this afternoon in a training session for his province.

It is not clear how long the flanker will be out for, but it does jeopardise his international claims and, in the longer term, his ambitions to secure a place on the Lions tour to New Zealand next year.

Gleeson made his international debut in 2002 and has picked up 23 caps since then.
