Irish U21 make two changes for Scotland

The Ireland Under 21 team to play Scotland Under 21 in the final game of the Six Nations series shows two changes from the team that beat Italy Under 21 in Thomond Park last Friday.

Tommy Bowe returns from injury to take his place on the left wing instead of Paul McKenzie. David O’Brien is promoted to a starting position at No 7 in the back row with Oisin Hennessy reverting to the replacements.
