Tom Hayes to start for Munster

Tom Hayes, the younger brother of Ireland prop John, will step into Munster's second row for the injured Trevor Hogan in Friday's Celtic League tie with Ulster at Ravenhill.

The other two changes see the preference for hooker Jerry Flannery and wing Mossie Lawlor for James Blaney and Shaun Payne, respectively.

Lawlor has been shifted out from out-half as Jason Holland returns from injury.
