O'Connell ready to lead from the front

Munster second row Paul O’Connell has experienced a smooth transition into the Ireland captaincy – thanks to the help of the squad’s senior members.

O’Connell was appointed skipper on Tuesday following Brian O’Driscoll’s failure to recover from a hamstring injury and will lead out the Irish against France in tomorrow’s 6 Nations Championship opener.
