Wilkinson: Surgery may not be final solution

Jonny Wilkinson has admitted that even going under the knife might not be enough to solve his injury problems.

The England fly half announced on Friday night he will almost certainly miss the entire Six Nations Championship after deciding to have his troublesome right shoulder operated on.
