Longwell included in Ulster team to face Stade

Ulster's Gary Longwell has been included in Alan Solomon's side for the first time since early December in the Heineken Cup for the away date with Stade Francais at the weekend.

Longwell is one of six changes from the side that lost so heavily to Leicester Tigers.

Matt McCullough will join Longwell in the second row, Neil McMillan will be located on the openside and Rob Moore has been selected at tight head prop.

In the back line Seamus Mallon will make his Heineken Cup debut in place of the injured Shane Stewart and Bryn Cunningham will step in for Paddy Wallace at full back.
