Elsewhere there were home wins for mid-table sides Skerries and Suttonians over Ballina and bottom-placed Connemara respectively.

Wanderers also availed of an early kick-off to edge third-from-bottom Corinthians 22-16, with the Galway side earning their fifth bonus point in six games.
