Strong Leinster line-up for Biarritz game

Leinster coach Gary Ella has announced his strongest side for the opening day of Heineken cup against Biarritz Olympique at Lansdowne Road this Saturday.

Argentinian out-half Felipe Contepomi may yet play a part in the pool stages as Leinster’s legal team has launched a bid for his inclusion.

His usual replacement Matt Leek is injured and Christian Warner will play at out-half.

Eric Miller has also returned from injury to form a strong back row with Keith Gleeson and Victor Costello.

Reggie Corrigan will captain the side from loose head and Brian O’Driscoll will be vice-captain from centre.
