Pichot ponders future at Bristol

Bristol Shoguns scrum-half Agustin Pichot has spoken to Stade Francais about a possible move away from the Memorial Stadium following the club’s relegation from the Zurich Premiership.

A number of players have already left the west country side but the Argentinian admits his future is still not resolved.

He told www.bristolshoguns.co.uk: “I am speaking to a number of clubs, one of which is Stade Francais, but it is early stages and I’m keeping my options open.

“I’ve loved my time at Bristol Shoguns and made a lot of very good friends, but the last six months have been extremely difficult and emotional.

“I’ve now had time to absorb and take in what went on during the last few weeks of the season, and the messages of support from the Bristol fans have gone a long way to helping everyone get through the disappointment of relegation.”
