The ERC Board has accepted the Welsh proposal for five teams to take part in the Heineken Cup and Parker Pen tournaments next season.

The ERC Board has accepted the Welsh proposal for five teams to take part in the Heineken Cup and Parker Pen tournaments next season.

The board made the decision in Dublin today, but recognise that there are many details to be resolved, such as tournament participation and shareholding commitments.
