Wales captaincy candidate Gareth Llewellyn has described the greatest honour in Welsh sport as a “poisoned chalice”.

The Neath second-row is one of the favourites to take over the armband should Wales coach Steve Hansen decide to dispense with the services of Colin Charvis.
