Veteran outside-half Diego Dominguez reckons the shock RBS 6 Nations victory over Wales is a vital one for the future of Italian rugby.

The Azzurri ended a 14-match losing streak in the competition with a thoroughly deserved 30-22 triumph over Steve Hansen’s hapless Welsh at the Stadio Flaminio yesterday.
