Scotland stand-off Gordon Ross has revealed that he has had to shut tomorrow’s RBS 6 Nations Championship opener with Ireland out of his mind during the past week – in order to get some sleep.

The 24-year-old has held off the challenge of Gregor Townsend and Brendan Laney to make his 6 Nations debut at Murrayfield.
