Carlow ring changes for Ballymena clash
Centre Russell Armstrong, second row Louis McGowan and loose head Kent Ashmore come in for Carlow against Ballymena at Eaton Park in the All-Ireland League this weekend.
The home side have lost Irish under 21 out-half Ian Humphreys to a dislocated shoulder and centre Dirk Strysdom to a twisted knee.
Meanwhile Leinster's Nathan Spooner should be included for St Mary's College against Blackrock College at Templeville Road.
