London Irish flanker Kieron Dawson has been recalled to the Ireland squad for the friendly international against Fiji on November 17.

London Irish flanker Kieron Dawson has been recalled to the Ireland squad for the friendly international against Fiji on November 17.

Dawson missed most of last season through injury and has been recalled alongside fellow Exile Justin Bishop in a 22-man squad missing 12 players through injury.

Despite the injuries – including one to skipper Keith Wood – Irish coach Eddie O’Sullivan has opted to rest a number of players for the Test which is sandwiched between matches against Australia and Argentina.
