Cork native Darragh O'Mahony has signed a new two-year contract with Saracens.

Cork native Darragh O'Mahony has signed a new two-year contract with Saracens.

The 28-year-old wing joined the Zurich Premiership club from Bedford in 1999.

Prior to that he was a member of the Ireland squad, which reached the quarter-finals of the World Cup in South Africa in 1995, and played in the defeat by France that ended their interest at the last eight stage.

The wing has four full international caps, the others coming against Italy in 1995 and 1997 and Romania in 1998.

The wing has scored 37 tries for Sarries.
