A fine second half display by Clontarf propelled the North Dublin back into the top four with Ben Gissings 78th minute try proving crucial in this lively affair played at Castle Avenue this afternoon.

Clontarf had 16-0 at half time after Ollie Winchester had finished off a fine move in the corner.

The game which saw Terenure's Peter O' Malley red carded in the dying seconds, saw Clontarf push home their after the break with Mike Walls, Alan Reddan and Gissing all making the scores.

The other points came from Dempsey who kicked fifteeen points in all on the day
